SAMA Ras Al Jinz Resort

A beautiful camp in the surrounding of the harsh Rocky Mountains. We were immediately welcomed by a very friendly team. The layout of the camp is beautifully planned. Our luxury wooden house was a dream to stay in because of its generosity, local natural materials and atmospheric light. Good bed, good shower, everything worked fine. The breakfast pavilion is nice to sit. Every morning and evening we had a slightly different meal. Imran the good fairy served us with his warm charm and read our wishes from our lips. The surrounding area is nicely kept, watered plants, clean ground, excellent subtle light in the night. We stayed four days and did little trips to the surrounding areas and we loved it. It’s very recommended!

The location is really great and the atmosphere of the resort is very chill and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and always open to help. There is an offer of activities and they also offer an open air cinema for free that is a very nice experience. Super close to the turtle reserve and you can book your activities there also directly at the reception. The food selection for dinner and breakfast was small-medium but enough and satisfying.

We had a very nicely equipped and huge room (cottage). The hotel is not big, and even though it was fully booked when we stayed there, it is still a quiet place near the mountains and the turtle reserve. Dinner and breakfast buffet were included in our package, and we were served several delicious options. The friendly staff organized our visit at the turtle reserve for us, however, the hotel is close to the reserve but not directly at the beach but behind some mountains.

Our stay at Sama Raz al Jinz was an absolute delight. The staff's exceptional hospitality, especially towards our little one, made the experience truly special. The unique resort is really a very special location since it offers a magical night under the stars in the middle of Oman. You are close to the beach and to Sur for some excursions. We also would like to highlight the great food offer in the morning and at night. We enjoyed it very much. Overall, Sama Raz al Jinz provided a perfect blend of home-like comfort and an extraordinary Oman experience. We highly recommend it to those seeking a great stay in the Sur region.

Such a cute place! Our room was so nice nice, loved the bathroom with the outdoor feel! Bed was comfy and air-conditioning worked really well! Dinner and breakfast were good,lots of choices. They set us up with a turtle watching/ snorkeling tour, which was really good. Checkin was easy, we were offered cold towels and watermelon juice. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!
